340 grams whole wheat pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 zucchini, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes

4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus to the skillet. Cook until they are tender and lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Mix well to coat the pasta with the vegetables and herbs.

Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well. If the pasta is too dry, add some of the reserved pasta water.
