  • 300 grams fresh spinach
  • 250 grams ricotta
  • 200 grams lasagna sheets

  • cloves of garlic
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams grated cheese

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion and press the garlic cloves.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.

  5. 5 Add the diced tomatoes and let it simmer for a while.
