Veggie Lasagna with Spinach and Ricotta

200 grams lasagna sheets

400 grams diced tomatoes

50 grams grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Finely chop the onion and press the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
