200 grams couscous
400 ml vegetable broth
1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
200 grams cherry tomatoes
1 bunch of spring onions
200 grams halloumi
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
11. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package with the vegetable broth.
22. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and spring onions into small pieces.
