  • 200 grams oatmeal
  • 100 grams unsalted mixed nuts
  • 100 grams pitted dates
  • 500 grams low-fat quark
  • 200 grams fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. 1 Grind the nuts, dates, and oatmeal in a food processor until crumbly dough forms.
