100 grams pitted dates
500 grams low-fat quark
200 grams fresh strawberries
3 sheets of gelatin
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
1Grind the nuts, dates, and oatmeal in a food processor until crumbly dough forms.
2Line a springform pan with parchment paper and spread the dough over the bottom. Press the dough firmly with the back of a spoon.
3Let the base set in the refrigerator while you prepare the quark filling.
4Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
5Meanwhile, heat the honey with a little water in a saucepan until the honey is dissolved.
