60 grams chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 grams fresh raspberries
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons granola

Instructions
1In a bowl, mix the almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract well.
2Cover the bowl and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Stir well after one hour.
3Divide half of the raspberries among 4 glasses or bowls.
4Spoon the chia seed pudding over the raspberries and top with Greek yogurt, granola, and the remaining raspberries.
