1 large cucumber
200 grams hummus
1 red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Thoroughly wash the cucumber and red pepper.
2Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices using a vegetable peeler or cheese slicer. Lay them on a flat surface.
3Slice the red pepper into thin strips.
4Evenly spread the hummus over the cucumber slices. Place a strip of red pepper at the end of each slice.
5Carefully roll up the cucumber slices, starting at the end where the pepper is.
6Put a drop of olive oil on each roll and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. And voilà, your healthy snack is ready to serve!
