  • large cucumber
  • 200 grams hummus
  • red pepper
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Thoroughly wash the cucumber and red pepper.
  2. 2 Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices using a vegetable peeler or cheese slicer. Lay them on a flat surface.
