200 g gluten-free oats
250 ml almond milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
200 g low-fat quark
2 tbsp honey
Fresh fruit of choice for topping

Instructions
1Place the oats in a blender and blend into a fine flour.
2Add the almond milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt, and blend into a smooth batter.
3Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
