300 grams whole wheat spaghetti
200 grams lean bacon strips
2 cloves of garlic
4 eggs
60 grams grated Parmesan cheese

handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
1Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, fry the bacon strips in a hot pan until crispy.
3Crush the garlic and add it to the bacon strips. Fry for another minute.
4Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Add some pepper and salt.
5Drain the spaghetti and reserve some cooking water. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the bacon.
6Reduce the heat and add the egg-cheese mixture to the spaghetti. Stir well to distribute the mixture over the spaghetti. Add some cooking water if needed to make the sauce creamier.
