  • 300 grams whole wheat spaghetti
  • 200 grams lean bacon strips
  • cloves of garlic
  • eggs
  • 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  •  pepper
  •  salt
  •  handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, fry the bacon strips in a hot pan until crispy.
  3. 3 Crush the garlic and add it to the bacon strips. Fry for another minute.
  4. 4 Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Add some pepper and salt.
  5. 5 Drain the spaghetti and reserve some cooking water. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the bacon.
