  • 200 grams fresh blueberries
  •  Coconut oil for frying
  •  Optional: Greek yogurt and extra honey for topping

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Add the eggs, almond milk, and honey and mix the batter until smooth and lump-free.
