200 grams whole wheat pasta
2 ripe avocados
1 clove of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper, diced
200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
200 grams spinach
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2While the pasta is cooking, make the avocado sauce. Put the avocados, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
