4 large red bell peppers
1 cup green lentils
200 grams feta cheese, crumbled
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Cook the lentils according to the package instructions.
3Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
4Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
5Add the cooked lentils, paprika powder, salt, pepper, and half of the feta. Stir well.
6Fill the peppers with the lentil mixture and place them in a baking dish.
7Sprinkle the stuffed peppers with the remaining feta and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven, or until the peppers are tender.
