For the dough:
500 g whole wheat flour
1 packet dry yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt
325 ml warm water
For the tomato sauce:
400 g canned diced tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
For the topping:
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
150 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
200 g shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1Start by making the pizza dough. Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
2Slowly add the warm water and knead until smooth. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
3Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce. Sauté the garlic in a little olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes and herbs and let simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Then puree the sauce with a hand blender until smooth.
4Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
5Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Spread the tomato sauce over the base and top with the vegetables and mozzarella.
6Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
