4 chicken breasts (about 600 grams)
300 grams whole wheat spaghetti
2 handfuls of fresh basil
40 grams pine nuts
40 grams Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic
60 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the chicken breasts in an oven dish and bake them for about 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
2While the chicken is baking, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Make sure to cook it al dente, which means it should still be a bit firm.
3Now make the pesto. Put the basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until everything is finely chopped. Then add the olive oil and pulse again until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
4Drain the pasta and mix it with the pesto. Divide the pasta among four plates.
