Ingredients

  • chicken breasts (about 600 grams)
  • 300 grams whole wheat spaghetti
  • handfuls of fresh basil
  • 40 grams pine nuts
  • 40 grams Parmesan cheese
  • cloves of garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the chicken breasts in an oven dish and bake them for about 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. 2 While the chicken is baking, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Make sure to cook it al dente, which means it should still be a bit firm.
