2 eggs
300 ml skimmed milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
200 g fresh blueberries
coconut oil for cooking
Greek yogurt and extra blueberries for topping

Instructions
1In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour with the baking powder and salt.
2Add the eggs, honey, and milk and whisk until smooth batter.
3Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan and scoop a portion of the batter into it.
