100 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
50 grams coconut oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

50 grams walnuts (optional)

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
2Place the dates in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let them soak for 15 minutes.
3Drain the water and place the dates in a food processor with the coconut oil. Blend into a smooth puree.
4Add the eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix into a smooth batter.
5Roughly chop the walnuts and fold them into the batter (optional).
6Pour the batter into the pan and bake the brownies for about 20-25 minutes in the oven.
7Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into them. Enjoy!
