  • large onion, chopped
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • 500 grams of fresh spinach
  • liter of vegetable broth
  • 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  A dash of olive oil
  •  Croutons and fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
