Authentic Italian Bruschetta with Tomato and Basil

4 large ripe tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
A bunch of fresh basil
1 baguette
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Dice the tomatoes and garlic into small cubes and the basil into thinner strips. Mix all of this in a bowl.
3Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper to the tomato mixture. Stir well.
4Slice the baguette into slices about 2 cm thick.
5Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy. This takes about 10 minutes.
6Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with a spoonful of the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
