1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 eggplant, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

50 grams grated parmesan cheese
Handful of fresh basil leaves

Instructions
1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
