  • medium pumpkin (about 1 kg)
  • 200 gr soft goat cheese
  • roll of puff pastry
  • eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • clove of garlic
  • sprig of fresh thyme
  • sprig of fresh rosemary
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. 2 Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes of about 2 cm.
  3. 3 Fry the pumpkin cubes in a little olive oil until soft. Add the finely chopped garlic, thyme, and rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish and prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
  5. 5 Beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
