Chef's Special: Spicy Kale Mash with Smoked Chicken
Sometimes there's nothing as comforting as a delicious, savory mash. This version with kale and smoked chicken is packed with good nutrients and has a spicy twist. Perfect for those cold winter days!

Ingredients
1 kilo floury potatoes
400 grams sliced kale
200 grams smoked chicken breast
2 red peppers
100 ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal pieces. Boil them in a large pan with water and some salt for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
2Add the kale to the potatoes for the last 10 minutes.
3Meanwhile, dice the smoked chicken and slice the red peppers into rings. Remove the seeds if you want it less spicy.
4Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken and red pepper for about 5 minutes.
5Drain the potatoes and kale and mash them with the milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
6Stir in the chicken and red pepper into the mash and serve immediately. Enjoy!
