100 ml olive oil

Instructions
1Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh from the skin.
2Put the avocado flesh, lemon juice, crushed garlic, parsley, and olive oil in a blender or food processor.
3Blend everything into a smooth sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend again.
4Your dressing is now ready to serve! Delicious over a fresh salad or as a dip with raw vegetables. It will be perfect!
