Ingredients

  • 200 grams oats
  • 100 grams mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 50 grams seeds (chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 100 grams honey or maple syrup
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 grams coconut oil
  •  pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Roughly chop the nuts and mix them in a large bowl with the oats, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3 Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and stir in the honey until smooth.
  4. 4 Pour the oil-honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is well combined.
  5. 5 Spread the mixture in the baking dish, press firmly, and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven until the edges are golden brown.
  6. 6 Allow to cool completely before cutting the bar into pieces. Enjoy!
