Energetic Oat Bars with Nuts and Seeds
These homemade oat bars with nuts and seeds are easy to make and a delicious snack for any time of the day. They are packed with healthy ingredients and give you a wonderful energy boost. And the best part? You can easily prepare them in advance and take them on the go!
Ingredients
200 grams oats
100 grams mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
50 grams seeds (chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds)
100 grams honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
50 grams coconut oil
pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the nuts and mix them in a large bowl with the oats, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and stir in the honey until smooth.

Pour the oil-honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is well combined.

Spread the mixture in the baking dish, press firmly, and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven until the edges are golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting the bar into pieces. Enjoy!
