  • 300 grams whole wheat penne
  • red bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • red onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Handful of fresh basil

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and cook the penne according to package instructions.
  2. 2 Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into large pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes.
