  • 300 grams risotto rice
  • zucchinis, diced
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • liter vegetable broth
  • 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
