Ingredients

  • 200 g oats
  • 100 g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • apples, grated
  • tablespoons honey
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  •  pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, grated apple, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3 Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  4. 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven, or until the edges are golden brown.
