100 g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
50 g sunflower seeds
50 g pumpkin seeds
2 apples, grated
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, grated apple, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
3Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
4Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven, or until the edges are golden brown.
