1 cup peanuts
1 cup almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Combine the peanuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
3In a small saucepan, heat the honey, oil, vanilla, and salt until well combined. Pour this mixture over the nuts and seeds, and stir until everything is well coated.
