  • eggs
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  Pinch of salt
  •  Coconut oil (for frying)
  •  Fresh fruit of your choice (such as blueberries, strawberries, or kiwi)
  •  Optional: a bit of honey or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. 1 Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth puree.
