2 large zucchinis
400 grams chicken breast
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 grams diced tomatoes
200 grams ricotta cheese
100 grams grated cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Slice the zucchinis into thin slices and grill them in a grill pan with a little olive oil. Set them aside.
3Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry them in another pan with some olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and cook until the chicken is done.
4Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, basil to the chicken and let it simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
5In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the eggs and half of the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
6Start with a layer of zucchini in a baking dish, followed by the chicken mixture and then the ricotta mixture. Repeat until the ingredients are finished and finish with a layer of grated cheese.
7Bake the lasagna in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
