2 large zucchinis
2 ripe avocados
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
40 grams of roasted pine nuts

Instructions
1Wash the zucchinis and make noodles using a spiralizer.
2In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, garlic, lemon juice, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
3Heat a little olive oil in a large pan and add the zucchini noodles. Cook for a few minutes until the zucchini is al dente.
4Add the avocado sauce to the pan and stir well until all the noodles are coated with the sauce.
