Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Cut the pumpkin into cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, pepper, and salt. Roast the pumpkin in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft.
