  • 200 grams whole wheat pasta
  • medium pumpkin
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • onion, finely chopped
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 100 grams crumbled feta cheese
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  • teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the pumpkin into cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, pepper, and salt. Roast the pumpkin in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft.
