Ingredients

  • 300 grams mixed unsalted nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 100 grams mixed seeds (such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 50 grams dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries)
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • tablespoons honey
  • tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. 2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. 3 Spread the nuts and seeds on the baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then let them cool.
  4. 4 Meanwhile, melt the chocolate, honey, and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  5. 5 Add the roasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruits to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
  6. 6 Spread the mixture on the parchment paper in a rectangular shape and press it down firmly.
  7. 7 Let it set in the refrigerator for an hour.
  8. 8 Cut the slab into bars and voilà, your energetic snack is ready! No stress, it will be fine!
