Instructions
1Start by making the pie crust. Mix the flour, butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl until smooth dough. Press the dough into a pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pie crust in the oven for 15 minutes. Let it cool afterwards.
