100 grams of sugar
juice of 1 lemon
a few leaves of fresh mint

Instructions
1Puree the fruit in a blender until smooth.
2Add the sugar and lemon juice and blend again until well combined.
3Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
