Ingredients

  • 500 grams of fresh mixed fruit (e.g. strawberries, mango, peaches)
  • 100 grams of sugar
  •  juice of 1 lemon
  •  a few leaves of fresh mint

Instructions

  1. 1 Puree the fruit in a blender until smooth.
  2. 2 Add the sugar and lemon juice and blend again until well combined.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
  4. 4 Stir the mixture with a fork every 30 minutes until completely frozen (this usually takes about 3 hours).
  5. 5 Scoop the sorbet into glasses or bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. Enjoy!
