Delicious Quinoa Breakfast Bowl with Fresh Fruit

200 g Quinoa

500 ml Almond Milk

4 Tablespoons Honey

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Banana

100 g Fresh Strawberries

100 g Fresh Blueberries

4 Tablespoons Unsweetened Yogurt
Instructions

Rinse the quinoa under cold water and let it drain.

Put the quinoa in a pan, add the almond milk and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover the pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is soft and most of the milk has been absorbed.

Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.

Divide the quinoa among four bowls.

Slice the banana and strawberries and divide them along with the blueberries among the bowls.
