Ingredients

  • 200 g Quinoa
  • 500 ml Almond Milk
  • Tablespoons Honey
  • Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Banana
  • 100 g Fresh Strawberries
  • 100 g Fresh Blueberries
  • Tablespoons Unsweetened Yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse the quinoa under cold water and let it drain.
  2. 2 Put the quinoa in a pan, add the almond milk and bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Reduce the heat, cover the pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is soft and most of the milk has been absorbed.
  4. 4 Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
  5. 5 Divide the quinoa among four bowls.
  6. 6 Slice the banana and strawberries and divide them along with the blueberries among the bowls.
  7. 7 Add a tablespoon of yogurt to each bowl and serve immediately.
