200 g Quinoa
500 ml Almond Milk
4 Tablespoons Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Banana
100 g Fresh Strawberries
100 g Fresh Blueberries
4 Tablespoons Unsweetened Yogurt

Instructions
1Rinse the quinoa under cold water and let it drain.
2Put the quinoa in a pan, add the almond milk and bring to a boil.
3Reduce the heat, cover the pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is soft and most of the milk has been absorbed.
4Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
5Divide the quinoa among four bowls.
6Slice the banana and strawberries and divide them along with the blueberries among the bowls.
7Add a tablespoon of yogurt to each bowl and serve immediately.
