  • medium apples
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • teaspoons cinnamon
  • tablespoons honey
  • eggs
  • 100 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners.
  2. 2 Peel the apples, remove the core, and grate them finely.
  3. 3 In a large bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4 Add the grated apple, eggs, honey, and milk. Stir everything together until you get a nice batter.
