  • large apples
  • cup dates
  • cup shelled pecans
  • tablespoon chia seeds
  • tablespoon flax seeds
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1 Remove the core from the apples and chop them into pieces. No need to stress, they don't have to be perfect!
  2. 2 Put the apples and dates in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
  3. 3 Add the pecans, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon. Blend everything until it forms a sticky mixture.
  4. 4 Roll the mixture into small balls. If you feel like they are not sticking together well, add a little water.
  5. 5 Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate to cool and firm up. After about an hour, they are ready to serve!
