Refreshing Melon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ripe cantaloupe melon
  • banana
  •  Juice of 1 lime
  •  A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 200 ml coconut water

Instructions

  1. 1 1. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into pieces and put it in the blender.
  2. 2 2. Peel the banana and add it to the melon in the blender along with the lime juice and mint leaves.
  3. 3 3. Add the coconut water and blend everything into a smoothie. Add more coconut water if needed.
