1 ripe cantaloupe melon
1 banana
Juice of 1 lime
A handful of fresh mint leaves
200 ml coconut water

11. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into pieces and put it in the blender.
22. Peel the banana and add it to the melon in the blender along with the lime juice and mint leaves.
