Healthy Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

These homemade banana chocolate ice cream treats are creamy, sweet, healthy, and super easy to make! Ingredients

  • ripe bananas
  • tablespoons honey
  • tablespoons cocoa powder
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 ml Alpro soya unsweetened
  • 100 grams dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • wooden ice cream sticks

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Freeze the pieces for at least 2 hours.
  2. 2 In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and Alpro soya. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into 4 ice cream molds and insert a wooden ice cream stick into each mold.
  4. 4 Place the ice cream treats in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until completely frozen.
  5. 5 Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen ice cream treats. Allow the chocolate to set before enjoying the treats. Enjoy!
