Who says chips have to be unhealthy? With some vegetables, a little olive oil, and some herbs, you can easily make a crispy, healthy snack! And you only need a few ingredients. Great for a party, or just for TV. And the best part? It's super easy to make! No stress!

Ingredients

  • medium sweet potatoes
  • large beetroot
  • large carrot
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Sea salt to taste
  •  Herbs to taste (e.g. rosemary, thyme, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Wash and dry your vegetables well. No stress, you don't have to peel them!
  3. 3 Slice the vegetables as thinly as possible. A mandoline is perfect for this, but a sharp knife will also do.
  4. 4 Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they don't overlap.
  5. 5 Brush the vegetables with a little olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and your favorite herbs.
  6. 6 Bake the chips in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
  7. 7 Let the chips cool before serving, they will become even crispier as they cool.
