  • chicken breasts
  • heads of romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
  • slices of whole wheat bread
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

  • egg yolk
  • clove of garlic, minced
  • tablespoon of mustard
  • tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
