200 g tempeh, diced
2 ripe avocados
1 large cucumber
8 whole wheat wraps
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sambal oelek
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
salt to taste

Instructions
1Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the tempeh until golden brown.
2Add the soy sauce and sambal, and fry for a few more minutes until the tempeh is well seasoned.
