  • cod fillets
  • small whole wheat tortillas
  • avocado, sliced
  • 200 grams tomatoes, diced
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  •  Juice of 1 lime
  •  Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Place the cod fillets in an oven dish and season them with salt and pepper. Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
