8 small whole wheat tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
200 grams tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Place the cod fillets in an oven dish and season them with salt and pepper. Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
