Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • 250 grams ricotta
  • onion, chopped
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. 3 Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  4. 4 Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Grease a baking dish and start with a layer of spinach-tomato sauce. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on top and spread some of the ricotta over it. Repeat these steps until the ingredients are used up, but end with a layer of sauce.
  6. 6 Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the lasagna and bake it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
