12 lasagna sheets
400 grams fresh spinach
250 grams ricotta
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
400 grams canned diced tomatoes
100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
3Add the spinach and let it wilt. Then add the diced tomatoes and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
4Season with salt and pepper.
5Grease a baking dish and start with a layer of spinach-tomato sauce. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on top and spread some of the ricotta over it. Repeat these steps until the ingredients are used up, but end with a layer of sauce.
6Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the lasagna and bake it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
