2 large zucchinis
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
200 grams of whole wheat spaghetti
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon
Handful of fresh basil
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
2Use a spiralizer to cut the zucchini into thin strips and finely chop the garlic.
3Add the garlic to the pan and cook until golden brown.
4Add the zucchini spaghetti and cook for about 5 minutes. Make sure the zucchini remains crispy!
5Meanwhile, cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
6Mix the cooked spaghetti with the zucchini spaghetti. Add a little cooking water if needed to make it creamier.
