Ingredients

  • 300 grams risotto rice

  • 200 grams mixed mushrooms
  • 50 grams fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • teaspoons truffle oil
  •  Grated truffle to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
