2 ripe bananas
200 grams of oatmeal
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
coconut oil for frying
fresh berries for topping
honey or maple syrup for topping

Instructions
1Put the bananas, oatmeal, eggs, cinnamon, and salt in a blender and mix until smooth batter forms.
2Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan.
3Pour a bit of batter into the pan and cook the pancake over medium heat until the top is dry. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
4Repeat until all batter is used. Don't stress if the first pancake fails, it happens even to the best cooks!
