1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
1In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, eggs, almond milk, salt, and baking powder until smooth batter forms.
2Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan.
3Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread the blueberries over the pancake.
4Fry the pancake over medium heat until the top is dry, then flip it over to cook the other side.
