2 tablespoons honey
Handful of mixed nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds, pecans)

Instructions
1Mix the buckwheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
2Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and add the eggs, almond milk, and honey. Mix everything well.
3Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth batter forms.
4Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5Scoop a ladle of the batter into the pan and fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides.
6Repeat until all the batter is used.
