  • 200 g quinoa
  • red bell pepper
  • yellow bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • red onion
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • lemon
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  •  handful of fresh basil

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the vegetables into large pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
