Ingredients

  • eggs
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • cloves of garlic
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Finely chop the garlic and thoroughly wash the spinach.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the garlic.
  3. 3 Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. 4 Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Add the whisked eggs to the skillet with spinach.
  6. 6 Cook until the bottom of the omelette is set and then add the feta.
  7. 7 Cover the pan and let it cook for a few more minutes until the feta melts and the omelette is fully cooked.
  8. 8 Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
